I worked a job (group party type thing) where another girl no showed.  My amount was set and so was her's. Since she no showed, I had to handle everyone. My question is...should I get both of our pay or just mine?

Unfortunately a lot of girls do this crap and don't know who they're partnering up with and get screwed. I would hope you had a chaperone with you, because those things can get really out of hand really fast. Anyway yes you should be able to make twice the amount of money but charging them for two girls when there's only one kind of negates the purpose. You should have known who you were teaming up with and whether or not she was dependable. And if you got screwed you don't have to work with her again

You can screen by asking their first and last name, asking them to take a picture of their I.D., requiring deposits, asking them to provide references like the name and phone numbers of the escorts that they've seen most recently. 

As far a a free website, you can use wordpress, wix and blogspot.
