Escort-Ads, as a responsible platform, respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe that your copyrighted material is being misused on our website, we encourage you to promptly bring it to our attention. Please provide under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. TAKEDOWN POLICY:
Escort-Ads is committed to promptly addressing and resolving copyright infringement issues on our platform. Our Takedown Policy outlines the steps taken when we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, if necessary, take down the allegedly infringing material.
- Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review and resolve the allegedly infringing material within five (5) business days.
- We will notify the user responsible for the content about the DMCA complaint and the takedown action taken.
- In case of repeated infringement, we may take appropriate actions, including account termination.
Escort-Ads actively cooperates with copyright holders to prevent misuse of their works. However, given the rise in abuses of DMCA complaints, we reserve the right to pursue claims against any person who fraudulently files such a complaint. Specifically, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any damages suffered as a result of fraudulent activity.
3. DEPICTED PERSON CONTENT REMOVAL REQUEST:
Any person depicted in content published on Escort-Ads has the right to request the removal of such content, independently of any copyright claim, on the basis that:
- Their consent to be depicted, distributed, uploaded, or downloaded was not given;
- Their consent has been withdrawn; or
- Their consent is void under applicable law.
To submit a depicted person removal request, please contact us at contact(@)escort-ads.com with the subject line "Depicted Person Removal Request" and include the following information:
- A description of the content and its location on the website (URL if available);
- Your full name and contact details;
- A statement explaining the basis for your removal request;
- A copy of a valid government-issued ID to confirm your identity (this will be kept confidential and used solely for verification purposes).
Upon receipt of a valid request, Escort-Ads will:
- Review the request within five (5) business days;
- Contact the Advertiser to verify that appropriate consent was obtained;
- Remove the content immediately if consent cannot be established or is demonstrated to be void under applicable law;
- Notify you of the outcome within the same five (5) business day timeframe.
If you wish to appeal a decision made in connection with your removal request, you may do so by contacting contact(@)escort-ads.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving our decision.
If a dispute arises between the Advertiser and the depicted person regarding the validity of consent, the matter may be referred to a neutral third party for resolution. All costs associated with such neutral dispute resolution shall be borne solely by the Advertiser.
