Please add 100 for an appointment starting before 10 am or at 10pm or after (for appts of less than 18 hours)

If you come to me, please put the total donation in an envelope in plain view within the first minutes of the meeting and excuse yourself to the bathroom. If I come to you, please place the total donation in an envelope on the counter in the bathroom before I arrive. If we meet in public, please handle the donation in a gift card, gift box or book.

Please understand that cancellation fees are necessary. If not put in place, the proportion of cancelled appointment is very high. So here are the fees, to be paid not later than 24h after the time of meeting of the missed appointment. 100% if I’m advised less than 12 hours before the meeting or the same day, 75% if less than 24h, 50% if less than 48 hours and 25% if less than 72 hours.
