Introduction
This policy outlines the measures Escort-Ads takes to ensure responsible content management, age verification, and the prevention of human or sex trafficking on our platform. All content on Escort-Ads is subject to manual review prior to publication. Our platform operates strictly as a Safe-for-Work (SFW) advertising directory.
Content Monitoring
Prohibited Content
Escort-Ads strictly prohibits the display or promotion of illegal, explicit, or harmful content. This includes but is not limited to:
- Any content featuring or depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context
- Content promoting or glorifying illegal activities
- Human or sex trafficking-related content

- AI-generated content depicting persons that do not exist in reality

All listings must follow our community guidelines. Violations may result in immediate content removal and account termination, and where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
Pre-Publication Review
All content submitted to Escort-Ads is manually reviewed by our moderation team prior to publication. No content becomes publicly visible until it has passed this review. Content found to be non-compliant is rejected or returned to the advertiser for revision.
Ongoing Monitoring
Our team continuously monitors published content, including profiles, images, and text. Reports from users and our internal team are investigated promptly, with immediate action taken against violators where necessary.
AI-Generated and AI-Modified Content
Escort-Ads does not permit fully AI-generated images depicting persons that do not exist in reality. All persons depicted in content must be real individuals with valid age verification documentation on file. If an advertiser has used AI tools to modify or enhance an image (e.g. retouching, background removal), this must be disclosed at the time of submission. Content found to violate these requirements will be removed immediately.
Reporting Mechanisms
Users are encouraged to report content or activity that violates our policies. Reports can be submitted via the "Report Profile" button on any listing, or by email to contact(@)escort-ads.com. All submissions are treated confidentially. All reports are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. In the event that illegal content is identified, it will be removed immediately.
18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance
Escort-Ads complies with 18 U.S.C. 2257, maintaining records to verify the age and identity of all persons depicted in content. Records are securely stored and available for inspection by authorized personnel upon request.
Exemption Statements
All visual content created by Escort-Ads operators does not involve sexually explicit conduct or reveal genitalia. Third-party content is hosted under the advertiser's control and responsibility, and we retain the right to remove any material inconsistent with our policies or applicable law.
Age Verification
Age Requirement
All advertisers and persons depicted in content must be at least 18 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from using our services in any capacity.
Advertiser Verification Process
All advertisers are required to submit a valid, government-issued ID document during registration. Escort-Ads reviews and validates the authenticity of submitted identification documents. Accounts will be suspended until valid verification is provided, and may be permanently deleted if verification cannot be completed.
Verification of Depicted Persons
Advertisers are required to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in content they submit, and to maintain documentation confirming that all depicted persons are adults. Escort-Ads may request this documentation at any time and will verify it on a sample basis.
Content Viewer Age Verification
Access to certain content on Escort-Ads is restricted to age-verified users only. The platform implements age verification measures in compliance with applicable laws, including the UK Online Safety Act 2023 (Ofcom standards, effective July 25, 2025), Texas HB 1181, and German JMStV requirements.
Periodic Verification
Regular checks are performed to ensure ongoing compliance with age requirements for both advertisers and depicted persons.
Consent Requirements
All persons depicted in content published on Escort-Ads must have given explicit consent to:
- Be depicted in the content;
- Allow public distribution of the content, including uploading to the Escort-Ads platform;
- Allow downloading of the content by users where such functionality is available.
Advertisers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining records of such consent. Escort-Ads may request consent documentation at any time.
Depicted Person Removal Requests
Any person depicted in content published on Escort-Ads has the right to request removal of that content if their consent was not given, has been withdrawn, or is void under applicable law. Removal requests can be submitted to contact(@)escort-ads.com with the subject line "Depicted Person Removal Request".
Upon receipt of a valid request, Escort-Ads will:
- Review the request within five (5) business days;
- Contact the advertiser to verify that appropriate consent was obtained;
- Remove the content immediately if consent cannot be established or is demonstrated to be void;
- Notify the requesting person of the outcome.
If a dispute arises regarding the validity of consent, it may be referred to a neutral third party for resolution, at the advertiser's expense. Depicted persons may appeal any decision within fourteen (14) days by contacting contact(@)escort-ads.com.

Violation Consequences
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity. Severe violations, particularly those involving child exploitation or trafficking, will be reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
Appeals Process
Users may appeal any content removal or account termination decision by contacting contact(@)escort-ads.com within seven (7) days of the decision. All appeals are reviewed fairly and transparently.
