SAN DIEGO - A federal judge has ruled that former GirlsDoPorn owner Michael Pratt, along with several co-defendants involved in the GDP sex trafficking case, must pay a total of $75,568,283.47 in restitution to 106 victims.

The decision was issued by U.S. District Judge Janis Sammartino of the Southern District of California. According to the court order, Pratt and his former colleagues are required to compensate victims with individual payments ranging from $440 to as much as $6,646,043.

Those named alongside Pratt include former second-in-command Matthew Wolfe, videographer Theodore Gyi, recruiter and on-camera performer Ruben Andre “Dre” Garcia, and bookkeeper Valorie Moser.

Despite the substantial restitution amount, the likelihood of full repayment remains uncertain. Pratt is currently serving a 27-year sentence in federal prison. Under the Inmate Financial Responsibility Program, he must contribute either 50% of his prison income or $25 per quarter, whichever amount is higher. After his release, he will be obligated to pay a minimum of $200 per month toward the restitution.

According to court findings, women recruited as prospective GDP models were misled with false assurances that the videos they participated in would not be distributed online. They were not given proper opportunities to review contracts, were misinformed about contractual terms, and were supplied with intoxicating substances during negotiations and prior to filming. Many reported being mistreated, pressured, harassed, coerced, and in some cases sexually assaulted.
